We apologize for any inconvenience, but our no call no show policy requires that we charge the card on file for 100% of the total service fees for any missed appointments without prior notice. This includes your scheduled lash lift service. We understand emergencies happen, but we kindly ask that you call to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, we will charge the card on file for the full amount of the service. Thank you for your understanding.
We require a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to book your lash lift service. This deposit confirms your appointment and holds your spot in our schedule. The remaining balance of $80 will be due in cash at the time of your appointment. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable in the event of any cancellation or rescheduling. We strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients. In order to ensure that every appointment runs smoothly and efficiently, we have a strict policy regarding extra guests in the lash appointment. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any additional guests to your lash appointment.

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If a client is late for their appointment, their treatment time may be shortened to ensure that the next appointment begins on time.

• If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, we may need to reschedule the appointment for a later date.

• If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we kindly ask that they provide at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost may be applied.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes or emergencies that may occur. However, we ask for our clients’ cooperation in adhering to our late policy to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
